No bank or card details are stored by Piggie Parcels ™.
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship internationally.
We aim to process orders within 4 working days of the order being placed and payment received. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel service and most parcels arrive 3 days after despatch.
However, we do request customers to allow 14 days from dispatch before declaring ‘non-delivery’. Unfortunately the postal service is under extreme pressure but rest assured they are working hard to get your parcels delivered. During this 14 day period, Piggie Parcels™ will not look to replace or refund the item as all parcels are still arriving just with delays, which is also stated on our checkout page at time of placing the order. Many thanks for your cooperation.
Shipping is FREE on orders with a value of £14.50 or higher, or on some set Parcels that specify ‘FREE SHIPPING INC’. For orders under £14.50, there will be a flat rate of £4.25 charged for postage and packing.
In a situation where you are not home to take delivery of your parcel AND you do not collect from your local sorting office within 18 days from attempted delivery, OR notify Piggie Parcels ™ within 18 days from attempted delivery , your parcel may be destroyed. In these situations Piggie Parcels ™ does NOT accept responsibility for the loss of the parcel and will not be able to offer a refund.
Return & Refund
We want you to be happy with your Piggie Parcel, so if for any reason you are not, please contact us so that we may resolve.
Parcels can be returned, provided they are unopened and in perfect condition, for a refund within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error. Refund will be processed to original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
Any orders classed as customised cannot be returned.
In case product is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss. On return, your item will be inspected before the refund to your original payment method is processed.
