Shipping During COVID

COVID UPDATE 14/04 we are currently processing orders within 3-4 working days. Parcels are shipped Royal Mail 2nd class and they are taking in excess of 7 WORKING DAYS for delivery in some areas at this time.

We are classed as essential service as we deliver ‘pet food’.


We are requesting customer wait for 14 days from dispatch before declaring ‘non-delivery’. Unfortunately the postal service is under extreme pressure but rest assured they are working hard to get your parcels delivered. During this 14 day period, Piggie Parcels will not look to replace or refund the item as all parcels are still arriving just with delays, which is also stated on our checkout page at time of placing the order. We only ship to the United Kingdom.

We aim to process orders within 3 working days of the order being placed and payment received. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel service, who aim to deliver within 2-3 days, except at busy periods.

Shipping is FREE on orders with a value of £14.00 or higher, or on some set Parcels that specify ‘FREE SHIPPING INC’. For orders under £14.00, there will be a flat rate of £3.95 charged for postage and packing.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship internationally.

Return & Refund

We want you to be happy with your Piggie Parcel, so if for any reason you are not, please contact us so that we may resolve.

Products can be returned, provided they are unopened and in perfect condition, for a refund within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error. Refund will be processed to original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

Any orders classed as customised cannot be returned.

In case product is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss. On return, your item will be inspected before the refund to your original payment method is processed.
